What's an assumption you had before you became a mum that you found untrue when you began your journey of motherhood?
Before I gave birth, everyone talked about breastfeeding and how it was essential to breastfeed your baby exclusively. Unfortunately, I struggled with improper latching and a low milk supply. No one told me you could have a child and suffer injuries on your nipple through improper latching. No one told me that not everyone produces a lot of milk. I had to experience it first hand.
