Our bodies have just gone through this incredible miraculous journey of bringing forth life. That is the most surreal experience that I have ever had in my life. And the nine months was a whole lot of different things happening all over our bodies. Our hearts not only grew bigger to love this tiny little humans that just came forth from us, our bodies enlarged as well.

And because we are so self conscious and our own best and worst critics as women, we are always looking for ways to improve ourselves and be the best versions of ourselves, so that we not only look good, but also feel good both inside and outside.

While you might be so eager to lose all the weight that pregnancy brought and as fast as possible, experts have advised that we take our time, as the most sustainable weight lost journey takes time; it’s something you have to take slowly and consistently so that it becomes a lifestyle, and not just a crash course.

It is also very important to understand why you gained so much; just to ensure that there are no underlining medication conditions that needs to be treated first or taken into account in your weigh loss journey.

For a healthy weight loss journey, here are some practical tips to get it right. Please don’t forget that it is very important that you go steady; please take your time.
