Alternatives to corporal punishment for our kids

Where were we?

There is no way we can exhaust the discussion on how to discipline our kids. Because discipline mean different things to different people. And the ways we teach our kids differ. However, the point where a lot of Africans agree is the use of corporal punishment to ‘get kids in line’. After all, we went through it and we turned out alright. And there is the phrase, ‘spare the rod and spoil the child’. So in many ways, that thinking may be justified.
